Improvement of 1.5 miles of 94th Ave East from 136th Street East to 116th Street East.  The project includes expansion of the road to five lanes with a two way left turn lane, sidewalks, new traffic signals, improve street lights, enclose storm drain system, and extend City of Puyallup's gravity sewer main.
