Description

This project includes the civil construction of a transmission-level electrical substation.  This substaion is composed of two major phases: (1) substation civil construction and (2) construction of 2,700 SF control house.

Substation Civil Construction:
Clearing and stripping, excavation, grading, various underground utilities, erosion and sediment control, fencing, lighting, conduit, and grounding.

Control House Construction:
Foundation preparation, reinforce concrete foundation and sidewalks, steel roof joists, metal roof deck, HVAC, building electrical, septice system, and plumbing fixtures.
